General

We make a distinction between sales within and outside the EU.

Sales within the EU:

Dutch (business) customers always pay 21% VAT. We do not sell cars to Dutch private individuals. If you are a (foreign) private individual buying a car from us, you will also always pay 21% VAT.

If you are a (foreign) entrepreneur buying a car from us, you do not have to pay VAT. We will need your VAT number, company documents, and a copy of the company owner's details. You will also pay a deposit for the VAT. The amount depends on the purchase price of the car. This deposit will be refunded if we receive one of the following documents within three months:

-          A fully stamped CMR

-          A photo of the car in the garage showing the chassis number and company name

-          Copy of new registration in the customer's name

Sales outside the EU:
When you buy a car and it is going to a country outside the EU, you do not have to pay VAT. However, we do require all our customers to pay a VAT deposit, the amount of which depends on the purchase price of the car. We draw up a customs document at our office. For this, we need the last EU border crossing. When the document is scanned by customs at the border crossing, we can see in our system that the car has left the EU. You will then receive the deposit you paid back.

For a fee, we provide transport to the following ports: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Brussels, and Zeebrugge. We only do this if the car was purchased from us.

No, that is not necessary. You are welcome to visit us Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to view and test drive our vehicles. Please note that we do not reserve vehicles without payment. It is therefore advisable to call us before you leave to check whether the vehicle is still available.

No, all cars are sold without warranty. However, before purchasing, customers are welcome to bring a mechanic to inspect and test the car themselves.

Yes, we can export cars ourselves. When you buy a car from us, you will receive the invoice, the export document, and the license plate. For a fee, we can also arrange temporary export numbers with insurance (valid for two weeks). For customers outside the EU, we can also request customs documents. All our cars are sold without a COC.

We only sell our cars for export and in the Netherlands to customers with a valid Chamber of Commerce and VAT number.
